Rate Restoration - North Europe - India / Pakistan / Middle East

Effective 1st March 2010 a general rate increase will be implemented on all cargo moving from North Europe to India, Pakistan and the Middle East as follows:
USD 100 / 20' dry and reefer cargo
USD 200 / 40' dry and reefer cargo
