What’s more, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers support for employees who are in need of the experience and assistance of specialised coaches – from family affairs to advice on coping with difficult life situations. In cooperation with ComPsych, an independent provider of counselling and mediation services, a comprehensive support package is available for all employees.
