Mediterranean Pacific Express (MPS/MCPS) - Network Change

(Florham Park, NJ) …The ongoing disruption in the global ocean transportation and logistics networks is requiring us to redeploy assets to better align available capacity and customer demand. After a careful review we have decided to withdraw from the Mediterranean – Caribbean – North America West Coast service.

What will this mean for you?

  • Please take this upcoming change into account already now when planning your shipments. The last vessel voyages available for booking acceptance will be:

Direction Vessel Voyage Last discharge port Date
WB “Synergy Antwerp” v125W PNW: Seattle/Vancouver August 11, 2021
WB “Cap Jervis” v27W California: Long Beach / Oakland August 14, 2021

Direction Vessel Voyage Last discharge port Date
EB “Seoul Express" v.131E PNW: Seattle/Vancouver August 4, 2021
EB “Kobe Express" v.126W* California: Long Beach / Oakland August 6, 2021

*LGB/OAK exports load on WB voyage

  • In case you have already made bookings for the MCPS that are scheduled for after August 2021, you will be receiving a corresponding cancellation notice in the near future. Please contact us by that point at the latest so that we can find an alternative solution for you. E.g. with our ECUMED service we offer a reliable alternative for shipments to/from the Mediterranean region and Latin America.

We are aware that these adjustments may lead to inconveniences for you, and we would like to apologize for that in advance. As soon as we are able to offer more alternative routings we will inform you.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to continuing to work with you. Should you have any questions, please contact your local customer service or sales representative.
