OOG bookings requirements
- Cargo Dimensions (L cm x W cm x H cm)
- Cargo Pics.
DG bookings requirements
- Complete MSDS including UN, Class and Flash point.
- UN packaging code.
- Number of packages.
- G.W and N.W.
- Completed DGD signed & stamped by the shipper.
SEEDMEAL bookings requirements
- MSDS with oil & moisture content
- Certificate of analysis (COA) with oil & moisture content.
- Shipper’s declaration duly stamped and signed with booking no. stating that “cargo does not fall under seedcake as per IMDG code and that cargo does not have any self-heating properties and product is substantially free from flammable solvents”
- Commodity Photo without cover/packing
FISHMEAL bookings requirements
- MSDS
- Certificate issued by a recognized competent authority, stating that the product has no self-heating properties when transported in packaged form.
- Package type for the cargo (Please advise how cargo is packed)
COTTON bookings requirements
As per IMDG Special Provision 299 Raw Cotton to be shipped as Non DG Density should not be less than 360 kg/m³ .
Please advise if your commodity is Raw Cotton and provide below details on Shippers Letterhead.
Number of bales, dimension in meters (length, breath, height) and weight in kgs per bale.
BATTERIES (NON-DG) bookings requirements
Batteries/cells are listed as Dangerous goods in IMDG code. Please help us with answer to below questions to accept your booking as non-DG.
Caution: Misdeclaration may lead to Fire & explosion and would attract extra administration fee on shipper. It is entirely shipper’s responsibility to correctly declare cargo as per IMDG code.
Note: Batteries/cells must be securely packed and protected from short circuit as per IMDG code, otherwise it may lead to Fire & explosion.

1.Batteries/Cells in this shipment includes (As per our policy we do not accept any new or used batteries-cells which are defective/ damaged/ depleted/ scrap/disposal/ WASTE falling under Basel convention)

2.Does this shipment include dry batteries/cells such as: Alkaline dry, Manganese dioxide, silver oxide, Zinc -carbon, Nickel cadmium, Gel type, Dry charged, without electrolyte?

3.If this shipment includes Lithium battery/cell, why is it non-DG?
A. Watt hour rating: Cell ≤ 20wh or Battery ≤100wh, battery/cell weight per package ≤30 kgs and SP188 complied
B. Weight of lithium content: Cell≤1g; Battery≤ 2g, battery/cell weight per package ≤30 kgs and SP188 complied
C. No Lithium battery, in this shipment
D. I don’t know but I will provide MSDS of the battery, please check if acceptable as non-DG
E. My batteries are regulated as DG by IMDG code. Please convert my booking to DG booking
4.If this shipment includes non-spillable battery why is it non-DG?
A. (SP238.1 & SP238.2) Passed Vibration test & Pressure differential test & at a temperature of 55°C, the electrolyte will not flow from a ruptured or cracked case and there is no free liquid to flow and if, when packaged for transport, the terminals are protected from short circuit.
B. No Non-spillable battery, in the shipment
C. I don’t know but I will provide MSDS of the battery, please check if acceptable as non-DG
D. My batteries are regulated as DG by IMDG code. Please convert my booking to DG booking
5.If this shipment includes Nickel Metal Hydride battery/cell, why is it non-DG?
A. Packed with or contained in equipment.
B. Total mass of the batteries is less than 100 kg in one container.
C. No Nickel Metal Hydride battery, in this shipment.
D. My batteries are regulated as DG by IMDG code. Please convert my booking to DG booking.
STEEL COILS bookings Requirements
- For commodity COIL/MMA you need to submit stuffing images to get our safety wise acceptance.
- If the actual commodity is Steel Coil or Metal Material Article with weight of per unit more than 2 tons then you must have to follow a Process of standard stuffing to avoid cargo shift during transport.
- If single Commodity weight is more than 2 ton or Commodities in bundles or multiple commodities put on pallet then Single pallet weight is more than 2 ton, we require stuffing images in word file format for each container separately.
- If your actual Commodity is METAL COIL / Similar = Please refer attached TT Club guidelines + COIL REQUEST TEMPLATE version 1.15
- If your actual Commodity is Metal Plates / Similar = Please refer attached Plates A REQUEST TEMPLATE version 1.4
- If your actual Commodity is Metal Pipes/Rod / Similar = PIPE D Heavy Bars REQUEST TEMPLATE version 1.3
- Please do not gate-in Containers until Stuffing wise acceptance is received from our side
Important note:
Unless the pictures of stuffing and securing are sent and stuffing acceptance confirmation received from our end, kindly do not seal the box or move them to gate in. Improper lashing / securing can be unseaworthy and pose threat to life and can damage crane/vehicle/cargo/container and/or vessel.
Sanctioned Countries
Syria and Venezuela shipments are subject to Sanction team approval.

Freetime: “Free Time” is the period agreed between the Carrier and the Merchant for which Demurrage & Detention and Terminal Storage shall not be paid by the Merchant.
Terminal storage: Compensation for utilizing the port, terminal or depot facilities beyond the agreed amount of Free Time.

- Plugging/electricity fees on terminal are invoiced separately
- Non-operating reefer (NOR) is considered as Dry Container.
- All local taxes / VAT are for account of the shipper.
- Shipper's own containers (SOC) are not subject to combined DnD and are subject to storage
- Shipper’s Own Container is considered as equivalent to corresponding container type and cargo type. Examples: A Tank with Dry cargo follows terms of Dry equipment, while a Tank with IMO cargo follows terms of IMO.
- Calculation is progressive: in case free days are exceeded, lying costs are invoiced according to the Tier-group where the days used fall
- SPECIAL EQUIPMENT means the following types of container (20’ and/or 40’): Open Top, Open Sides, Flat Racks, Flat Beds, Platforms, Insulated Dry Vans, Hangertainers, Bulktainers, Tank Containers, Pallet-wide Containers.
