Bill of Lading
Mandatory Local Party
Local Consignee is Mandatory and Tax ID should be mentioned. If the document only mentions Local Notify Party without Local Consignee, then cargo cannot be discharged at destination.
Failure to provide local party will risk cargo to become ROB (Remain-On-Board) and all cost incurred is under Shipper’s responsibility.
BL Amendments
Should BL amendments be required, please contact our local office to assist. Do take note that charges for amendments may apply.
Arrival Notice
Arrival Notice will be sent ETA-2 days latest to Consignee and Notify Party of the shipment.
Kindly note that the responsibility of cargo tracking remains with Consignee.
Delivery Order
Delivery Order (DO) release will be made only when Consignee provides Container Guarantee Letter or LOA along with below supporting documents for DO exchange.
- Seaway Bill or Telex Release: No document needs to be submitted; DO will be release once payment confirmed.
- Original Bill of Lading (OBL): 1 set of endorsed OBL along with LOA. DO will be released once payment confirmed and OBL received.
